Registration fees

* Spouse/Companion Guest Gala dinner is for a non-industry spouse or companion accompanying a fully paid registrant.

Terms and Conditions

• The early registration deadline is May 15^th 2017. After that date, registration rates will increase.
• An additional 20% VAT is applicable for all participants (regular and student) wherever they come from
• Students must provide a copy of their Student identification card and a letter from their Head of Department to support their application for a student rate.

Registration packages

Registration packages will include the following:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Access to poster exhibitions
• Proceedings book (where you can take notes during the conference)
• Proceedings on a USB flash drive.
• Bus transportation from listed hotels to Spoilers2017 symposium.
• Tea & coffee breaks, every morning and every afternoons.
• Lunches (Wednesday 28^th, Thursday 29^th and Friday 30^th).
• Bus transportation to Conference gala dinner.
• Conference gala dinner (June 29^th) at the seaside!

Registration fees Payment

Payment of registration fees (in € EURO) can be made as follows: by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express

If you cannot (or do not wish to) pay online, you can choose to receive the invoice, and to pay by bank draft. 

In your Spoilers2017 account, you will click on "Payment on invoice", your registration to SPOILERS2017 will then be confirmed, and you will receive your invoice in the following days.

If you cannot pay online, please make drafts payable to:

• Please ensure that the name of the congress SPOILERS2017 and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Registration cancellation policy

Cancellations received until and including May 1^st 2017
Full refund.

Cancellations received between May 2^nd 2017 to May 31^st 2017
50% will be refunded.

After May 31^st 2017
No refund will be made, however, the registration may be transferred to a non-registered colleague with written notification.

We occasionally use photographs of attendees in our promotional material. By attending, you agree to such usage.
